Overview

Dylan Patisserie Quezon City stands as a refined destination for those seeking a blend of exceptional pastries, quality coffee, and a cozy atmosphere in the heart of Diliman. Nestled at the corner of Scout Tuason and Scout Castor streets, this patisserie offers both locals and visitors a serene escape where premium desserts and artisanal drinks take center stage.

The café’s menu is a delight for dessert enthusiasts and coffee lovers alike. Signature offerings like the Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake and Raspberry Mango Opera showcase their commitment to creative flavor profiles and meticulous craftsmanship. Their selection ranges from classic treats such as Tiramisu and Strawberry Cheesecake to standout pastries like the White Chocolate Pistachio Croissant and Box of 6 pcs Eclair, each presented with an appealing, polished display that invites indulgence.

For coffee aficionados, Dylan Patisserie highlights a variety of brews and specialty drinks including a rich Cappuccino and the intriguingly smooth Spanish Latte. Some patrons have praised their matcha-infused creations, especially the Hot Matcha Latte and Matcha Macarons, which offer a delicate yet vibrant taste experience, setting this patisserie slightly apart from typical café fare.

The interior exudes a warm, inviting ambiance with comfortable seating arrangements suitable for casual meet-ups or quiet reflection. It caters well to remote workers or students, offering reliable WiFi and access to power outlets, although visibility from server staff could improve. The lighting, combined with cozy couches and neat tables, crafts an environment that encourages lingering over a cup or a slice of cake.

From a service standpoint, customers consistently acknowledge friendly and attentive staff who elevate the overall visit. Small operational details, such as restroom ventilation and pest control, have seen noticeable improvements, addressing concerns shared in earlier reviews. However, some minor issues like occasional insects and the need for better window coverings have been suggested for enhancing comfort.

The patisserie’s appeal lies in its ability to deliver both quality and a memorable experience within a refined yet approachable setting. Its audience ranges from dessert lovers and local professionals to casual diners seeking artisanal pastries paired with excellent coffee. While prices trend toward the premium side, the quality and variety justify the occasional splurge, especially when discovering standout items like their mango-topped cheesecake or decadent chocolate mud cake.

Overall, Dylan Patisserie Quezon City represents a thoughtfully curated café that balances gourmet indulgence with an inviting neighborhood vibe. Its selection of innovative cakes, exquisite pastries, and specialty coffees makes it a must-visit for anyone exploring Quezon City's burgeoning café scene.

We visited Dylan Patisserie QC for dessert after having lunch at Prologue, and it was a cozy and pleasant experience overall. It was the perfect spot to cap off our meal. We ordered the following: Hot Matcha Latte Matcha Macarons Tiramisu Cake Ube Cake Strawberry Cheesecake Chocolate Cake (forgot the exact names ) My personal favorites were the Matcha Latte, Matcha Macarons, and Strawberry Cheesecake—definitely worth trying. The place itself is quiet and cozy, with nice tables and chairs. Their cakes and pastries are displayed beautifully, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Janine who assisted us. The restroom was clean with a wash area, although the scent of the Albatross was too strong and a bit overwhelming, especially since there is no window—perhaps the exhaust fan was not working properly (I think or baka mahina to the point the smell is hindi lumalabas) We also read old reviews mentioning cockroaches, but fortunately we did not encounter any during our visit, so it seems that issue has already been resolved. The only downside this time was a fly that managed to get inside, which is not very sanitary for a food business. Hopefully this can be addressed. Another small suggestion would be to install thicker blinds to better block the sunlight in the afternoon. We would love to visit again to try more cakes, other macaron flavors, and maybe even their pastries like croissants. Sayang lang the Metrobank promo required a high spend amount so we were not able to avail it, but we hope they will offer more accessible promos in the future. Overall, it was a good experience with some memorable treats. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5)

Had a good working lunch here. Food and coffee are great though on the expensive side. I think I will be coming back for their pastries and other food offerings though. Wifi is fast and unlimited, sockets are available on the seats near the window (downside for this though, this area is a blind side for the servers so I had to stand up when I needed to call them. Maybe for improvement, place assistance bells/buttons)

Ambiance and food were exceptional good. The double chocolate and caramel macaroons were really good and we also enjoyed their tiramisu. Another standout would be the service and care they have for their customers. It was genuine and consistent and as the recipients, we really appreciate it.

Before visiting Dylan Patisserie, I saw photos online and honestly thought it gave off a bit of a furniture showroom vibe—ngl. But I wasn’t disappointed when I got there. The space was cozy, had great lighting, and those comfy couches made it perfect for lounging or catching up with friends. I had the Wagyu Beef Burger (₱590) and yes—that unedited burger photo? That’s exactly how it looked. Juicy, flavorful. Though I will say, the burger would be better with thick-cut potato fries instead—the current ones felt like frozen, ready-made fries. I also tried the Lychee Iced Tea, which was just okay—too sweet for my taste and a bit pricey considering the flavor was pretty basic. Dessert was the Biscoff Cheesecake. It was rich and indulgent, but heavier than I expected—I would’ve preferred something lighter.

Discovered this patisserie cafe while searching for a coffee shop after having lunch at Tomas Morato. Quite a surprise. Their pastries were all excellent and flavorful, their macarons tasted better than the quite expensive Laduree macarons. Unfortunately, they only had cafe Americano as the only choice of coffee (don't know why). Will definitely go back to try their food next time.

Rocky start making a reservation for afternoon tea. Not always calling back as promised, then getting conflicting information from main line and branch people. But finally made a reservation. Rocky again when reserved table wasn't ready on time because staff admittedly forgot the time. But despite all this, the food was excellent and particularly generous. We ordered one of each of their afternoon tea sets. The food rivals or even surpasses the Manila Pen afternoon tea. I particularly liked the savory offerings which were excellent. The variety and generosity of servings make this afternoon tea a very good value for your money. Where Dylan can improve is in presentation. Afternoon tea is traditionally served on food towers rather than trays, with decorative teapots and tea cups. If they tweak their afternoon tea, make it a regular thing, and properly advertise it, it can be a huge draw.

I absolutely love the service at Dylan Patisserie! From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted by the nicest security guard who always has a ready smile—it’s such a warm start to the experience. The manager is incredibly professional, accommodating, and friendly, setting a wonderful tone that reflects throughout the rest of the staff as well. I’ve spent my entire week having breakfast here, ordering the same hot beverage paired with the best ube ensaymada I’ve ever had. I used to have such a hard time finding a hot drink that suits my taste along with a quality pastry—then I discovered this gem. Everything here is just perfect! But what truly makes this place special is the people. The kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality from Manong Guard to the manager and all the servers—it all makes a difference. I deeply appreciate how mindful and welcoming you all are to your regulars. Thank you for creating such a warm and delightful space!

Had a catching up session with my friend here at Dylan Patisserie. Dining at this restaurant was an absolute pleasure, thanks to the excellent food and top-notch service. Each dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. This is the best blueberry cheesecake I have tasted so far. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the warm and attentive service provided by Ms. Raz. She was friendly, professional, and made sure every detail was perfect. Her genuine hospitality elevated the entire meal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!
